This is a hotel that is 10 minute walk from a U-bahn, that takes 15 min to Allianz Arena or the city centre. Hotel room was clean and neat, just like other Niu hotels. Neighbourhood was also safe and quiet. Car parking is also available, and there is a p+r next close to hotel. Downsides are that there is nothing near the hotel, except from an McDonalds woth terrible rating. Aldi is 15-20 minutes walk, or 1 stop with the U-bahn. Shower stream was also weak eith fluctuating temperatures. A lot of things (e.g water kettle/coffee) was absent, and only available upon request.

We were disappointed that no staff member acknowledged or approached us upon our arrival, despite clearly seeing us enter the building with our luggage and make our way to the elevator. This lack of courtesy and assistance did not reflect the level of service we expected.
