Great location, but family holiday ruined by the apartment.

We liked leaving the apartment.

My two sons had to share a sofa to sleep on for the week as the 2nd bedroom, which can only be accessed by going outside into the snow, was frozen closed. Neither child could therefore get a good night sleep after skiing, and the arguments that two children would have having to share an uncomfortable sofa ruined much of the holiday. Before going ,we checked that this accommodation was suitable for families; it is not! You family would have to have near adult aged teenager for that to be true. We raised this with them and they've offered us 10% off of our next visit. But we wont be back.

Description of Apartment Maison Elegant 12 overlooks important details. The second bedroom was only accessible via a snow covered balcony. Warning! Rabid animals on the balcony. Host and Booking.com did not make the expected changes after my complaint. Together, they do not care a hang potential customers. I did not like anything about this property. I did not like the lying about the cleanliness of the property.

The apartment is at a very good location...if you own a car! Moreover was clean and fully equiped!

The second room was outside the main apartment...in order to reach it, you have to walk through the balcony....!?! Also in this external room there is no shower...!!

Disappointing

Apartment is modern, well heated, and reasonably equipped with a great view of the Matterhorn. Better for a summer stay rather than skiing.

A 1km commute into Cervinia, difficult to find (off the beaten track with no local amenities), host did not contact us until well after our expected arrival time, no help from host re dealing with the 1km trip into Cervinia (eg bus timetable/ taxi details), host tried to charge again for the rental (we'd already paid via Booking.com), actual apartment was ok - though the second bedroom was only accessible via a snow covered balcony and there were no chairs in the lounge area other than the sofa bed, no help with finding restaurants, ski hire, tourism offices etc......

Odmorili smo se u tišini i uživali u prekrasnoj prirodi, sve preporuke.

Lokacija, apartman i osoblje. Osoblje je spremno ponuditi odlične informacije o lokaciji! Pogled iz apartmana na Matterhorna je prekrasan!

Grijanje nije radilo cijelo vrijeme. Ali nije bilo hladno u apartmanu. Samo smo htjeli posušiti odjeću.

Al nostro arrivo ci è stato mostrato un appartamento diverso da quello prenotato e alla mia obiezione che non c’erano due bagni come avevamo voluto e prenotato ci è stato risposto molto sgarbatamente che l’appartamento che noi avevamo prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto! È che quello era meglio! Beh noi aveva scelto la soluzione con 2 bagni per un motivo e non solo non ci aveva amo avvisato ma nemmeno ci hanno rimborsato la differenza sostenendo che era un il grade! Zona wellness non pervenuta! Appartamento buio, pulizia approssimativa e cuscini del letto scomodissimi . Sicuramente non la consiglio, soprattutto l’accoglienza dell’host
