Nowhere to out soap down in the shower. Shower knob could not be be adjusted with soapy hands. But shower itself was good.

Staff were lovely, very attentative, big shout out to Zara, Tyler and Charlie.

Would have been great to have bedside lamps that ran seperate to main light, but just got on with it.

Location was good for our needs. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Deluxe room disappointing and small. If you wanted to swing a cat you'd have to go into the corridor. Asked why it was classed as deluxe when friends had a standard room much larger. Reason was because it had an air conditioning unit which was semi obscured by the wardrobe. No biscuits on welcome tray and no glasses provided for water. Mirror on dressing table not in line with seat so couldn't be used for hair and make up. The seat touched the bottom of the bed when pulled out. Wardrobe not tall enough to hang dresses. Bathroom floor uneven. Breakfast service slow due to only one member of staff. No continental provision and limited choice of cereal, juice and poor quality fruit. No marmalade. Not value for money.
