Rooms presented nicely good breakfast
Used sanitary ware in room bin on arrival. My 84 year old mother in law arrived at 11am ahead of check in as we were going to a wedding. She asked for a drink but was told everything was closed. It was a hot day and not even offered a glass of water. Request was made for somewhere to change and despite being the only card in car park we’re told there were no rooms available and so my elderly mother in law and children had to change in the toilet and corridor
