Good food choices for dinner and breakfast quick dinner service staff very attentive.

Coffee machine didn’t appear to work and no hot chocolate option. Orange juice had run out

Ufford park hotel is in a great location!

The hotel and restaurant area are tired and the hotel requires modern look Breakfast in the rooms was cold and hard !

It met my needs for location and facilities, close to my customer and the hold facilities.

My room 119 needs the shower hard, riser, generally renewing/replacing.

Room was lovely with a view to the golf course. Shower very hot and powerful. Good location for Woodbridge.

Bar area was a bit uncomfortable to have a drink in... no comfy chairs apart from one sofa that was taken. Had to sit on hard chairs so didn't hang around long. Not very welcoming. Breakfast was ok. We got down at 8am and thr fried eggs looked like they had been sitting there since they opened at 6.30am. No bowls, had to ask for some. Breakfast staff all just sitting around chatting while tables needed clearing.

The staff are young but very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotless and comfortable with everything you need. Buffet breakfast is really good. Really enjoyed my daily walk around the golf course on the 'trim trail'

There was a constant queue for the coffee machine in the morning, it would be so helpful to have pots of coffee and hot water available for tea available on the table. You had to decide on if your breakfast gets cold or your coffee while you go to the buffet! Also the spa changing rooms desperately need an update, but pool and jacuzzi are lovely.

Room was very dated Bathroom needs a massive upgrade bath taps were rusty and the sink kept blocking up and was very dirty The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and wallpaper coming away

We didn't have any water in the morning which we were told about about but caused a massive inconvenience.

Breakfast - very poor. Will not return until it improves.

Things felt dated and there was no attention to detail.

The swimming pool steam room good. Sauna not working.

Sauna is not working. No hairdryer, teaspoons in room. Would of liked robes in room for the health facilities. The whole building is cold looking. No sole.

The property was close to our home, food reasonable.

Spa facilities were not available to us on arrival we were told this, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel. We would like to have had a phone call before to tell us then we would have changed our booking

Room wasn’t cleaned properly , dust and spider webs in the room My biggest concern was the thermal suite in the spa I paid for. Hydropool jets didn’t work , steam room door wouldn’t shut so I paid full price for only 50 percent of the facilities to be working. When I mentioned to staff they said they knew about it for a week but didn’t think to mention it before I paid £50 for the use of it A total disappointment on New Year’s Eve

The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Some facilities were out of order. The price of a half pint of coke from the bar was £4.10. My wife had a treatment and a cream was used that wasn't suitable for pregnant women.

We felt that the decor was dated. Bathroom had rust on side of bath and again, was dated. Soap dispenses did not work in pool changing rooms or room bathroom. Hotel has potential to be lovely but we felt it needs updating

The room, though expensive, was large and bed and furnishings were comfortable. Good location for visiting local places . The food at breakfast and dinner was good

The room was very draughty and cold and had to have the heating set on 30 degrees to be warm . The bar area was uncomfortable and freezing . The bar and restaurant staff were untrained and unprofessional. Breakfast was a shambles . Queuing for more than 10 mins as one coffee machine that was next to the food so the queue blocked the food . No plates, bowls or cups and had to keep asking for them

Nice rooms with everything you needed. Good bar area and evening meal in the restaurant was fine. Pleasant chill out area although we didn’t use it as we were a large party

The heating wasn’t on in the room so was fairly cold

Poor, my scrambled eggs were grey, my husbands boiled eggs were served in ramekins, there were very few staff, no drinking water on hand it hand to be requested. Coffee machine wasn’t working, when we did get a coffee it wasn’t nice

From entering the hotel it had“that smell” The room (which was about a quarter mile walk from reception ) Had a certain aroma, which I can only describe as “vintage damp with bold notes of mystery.” The décor looked like it had been curated by someone who loudly insists they have ‘an eye for design’ but definitely doesn’t. the moth eaten carpet was in full view along with dead dried moths, there was some kind of creature casing on the window ledge. The padded head board was dusty so bad i could write in it and every button hole on it was full of dust. I went into the bathroom to find there was hot water from the cold and you had to run it for 9 mins to get the cold to come through! I did complain walked to reception as the room. Phone didn’t work ! The tiles were mouldy the bathroom was generally grimy. I went to use the spa to find only the steam room worked i can not use any chlorinated water on my skin so just wanted 20 min sauna ! It was quiet i asked if i could use one of the two saunas in the other half of the spa and was told no ! I went back to my room, The bed was impressively firm—ideal for anyone training to sleep on a rock or trying to realign their spine in the worst possible direction. The pillows offered the emotional support of a stack of napkins. Breakfast was included, but I suspect that was more of a warning than a perk. The staff were polite in the same way a cat is polite: they acknowledged my existence and then immediately lost interest.

Only criticism was the shower was difficult to use without making the rest of the bathroom rather wet, a separate shower cubicle would be better
