The staff is super friendly. Room clean, Aircon worked real well. A little gem in the city. Super quiet for being in the city. OMG food was amazing. You don't even have to leave to get food. Walking distant to everything.( Riverside)
24 our convenience store that has everything in it 100 m away. Very relaxing stay. Will be back
I went in the low season. What I noticed people from the outside that used the restaurant used the pool. I didn't mind that,but in the high season the people that stay there should be catered to first. Just a suggestion to the staff.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The pool was very clean and relaxing. The staff was super nice and helpful. I even got a bus and a boat to the island cheaper there than if I bought on my own - amazing
The main thing I didn't like is the mosquitoes. I wish they would light 1 million of those things to make them go away. Also, not there fault but when relaxing by the pool you can hear the recording of birds chirping. It's a business and is heard in several different buildings around town.

The staff were extremely friendly and kind, the food was also delicious! Especially the morning bagels!
There was no hair dryer or conditioner in the showers 😟

Very nicely designed and laid out- very pleasing to the eye. The room we stayed in was ideally located by the pool which I made use of. The food choices were of high standard. All in all a cool location to stay in.
There was pre recorded bird song which was okay for a while but it continued 24/7 and became a bit annoying. I believe that this was coming from across the road.
