Fabulous, a stay to remember for all the right reasons

Laurant was the perfect host, going out of her way to make our stay special, bringing extra fans when the heat soared, having icy cold orange juice in the fridge. Sharing special places of interest with us, she did this while still respecting our privacy. The property was as listed and was perfect for sight seeing Tours city, if we are lucky enough to visit Tours again we will certainly look at staying at Champoiseau again

Clean, great location, safe and comfortable accommodation

The location was fantastic. The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. It was clean, quiet at night, great security and easy to access. The host came straight out when we arrived to give our key and show us up to the accommodation. Everything was perfect. The bed was super comfortable.

good location. easy to walk to park, Botanical gardens, river and town centre. easy access by car. quiet road. very clean and the owner is charming. a lovely lady. good shower and comfortable bed. apartment smaller than expected. but sufficient. well decorated. very tastefully done. parking is in the road right outside the gate but we never had a problem.

Nice apartment , suitable as a base for visiting the town and environs

This is a self-contained apartment being first floor of a house. Owner lives next door. Quiet residential street with plenty of parking. Apartment is a mixture of old-fashioned and modern, well-equipped.

Stairs up to apartment a little awkward, may not suit everyone.

Great apartment close to everything

Close to the market and old town, well equipped property and the owner was charming and helpful. A 5 minute walk to the undercover market, about the same to the old town

Un cocon en ville.

Parfait pour un séjour au calme en ville proche du centre historique, du jardin botanique etc… le tout à pied. Logement coquet et confortable, ainsi qu’une hôtesse très sympathique et réactive. À bientôt.

Zwaar teleurgesteld

Een volledig appartement met voldoende ruimte.

Het bed was niet opgemaakt (wat wordt ontkend). De tv en kurkentrekker werkten niet. Het was gedateerd (dat zie je niet op de beschrijving). Wij waren in de veronderstelling dat Laurence aanwezig was. In het telefoongesprek met de huurder beneden en Laurence werden wij daarover bespot in het Frans. Wat ik versta. Toen Laurence aanklopte om te helpen, had ik geen zin in een gesprek. Zwaar beledigd was zij. Precies haar reactie op Nancy uit België in juli 2025 ging ze lelijk doen tegen mijn man. Ze wist dat wij niet haar doelgroep waren. Dat wij zouden gaan klagen. Dat ze ons het geld terug zou geven. De ware aard van Laurence?! Het ergste en meest misselijke is dat ik mijn iPad daar heb laten liggen' (Find my iPad). Laurence ontkent dit. Ook na aanbieding van €100 voor verzending reageert zij niet. Ook op verzoeken van Booking.com reageert zij niet. Mijn schuld dat ik een iPad van €950 heb laten liggen' (nog geen 1/2 jaar oud), maar dat wij worden beledigd en min of meer vals worden beschuldigd, vind ik onacceptabel. Zij krijgt van ons een 4 (ipv een 1) omdat wij haar negotie niet onmogelijk willen maken. Ik ben zwaar teleurgesteld.

Ruhig, günstig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Parkplätze in der Nähe

DIe Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtviertel von Tours. Bis zum Beginn der Innenstadt geht man circa 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, besonders zu erwähnen ist die Waschmaschine. Der schöne Innenhof, über den man die Wohnung von der Straße aus erreicht, gibt eine besondere Atmosphäre. Zur Wohnung gehört kein Parkplatz, in dem Stadtviertel hat man aber kein Problem, kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden. Wir haben Tours als Ausgangspunkt für die Besuche einiger Schlösser an der Loire genutzt. Die Stadt liegt zentral und eignet sich dafür sehr gut.

Wir waren in einer sehr heißen Woche in Tour, mit bis zu 35 Grad Höchsttemperatur. Die Wohnung hat sich dann sehr aufgeheizt, weil die Fenster nach Südwesten hin liegen. Hier wäre eine Klimaanlage nicht schlecht gewesen, aber es sind natürlich auch nicht alle Tage so heiß.

Très bon séjour et accueil parfait.

Très bon accueil, simple, clair, efficace. Situation géographique parfaite pour nous. Quartier calme et tranquille proche de tout. Bienveillance et réactivité de Laurence, très disponible et à l’écoute des besoins ou souhaits de ses hôtes. Tout était conforme à nos attentes.
