The huge bathroom and the fact that the bus station was right in front of the building.
Also I almost forgot, the coffee shop right underneath the apartment was exceptional!

The place was exactly as described — small and intimate, very clean, and well equipped for a short stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bus station that takes you directly to Venice. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and easy to communicate with, making everything smooth from start to finish.

Room was very well furnished, extremely clean and tidy and very comfortable. Great ensuite, good air conditioning unit, excellent tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge. Bus stop right outside with buses every 10 minutes into Venice, Mestre and to the station. Excellent place to stay

The location is very good for access to Venice, since the bus stop is right outside. Polite staff . Clean room. Good neighborhood.
There were not many coffees for the espresso machine and the coffee we bought, although it was the same brand, did not match.
