A small, cozy accommodation in a perfect location

The place was exactly as described — small and intimate, very clean, and well equipped for a short stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from the bus station that takes you directly to Venice. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and easy to communicate with, making everything smooth from start to finish.

Excellent place to stay to visit Venice

Room was very well furnished, extremely clean and tidy and very comfortable. Great ensuite, good air conditioning unit, excellent tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge. Bus stop right outside with buses every 10 minutes into Venice, Mestre and to the station. Excellent place to stay

The location is very good for access to Venice, since the bus stop is right outside. Polite staff . Clean room. Good neighborhood.

There were not many coffees for the espresso machine and the coffee we bought, although it was the same brand, did not match.

Great place!

Very clean, stylish place in good condition. Hosts were friendly and responsive and provided a very nice information manual. Building and area were secure.

The location to Venice was slightly further than we realized, but it was very manageable with the bus stop right outside the door to the apartment.

Perfect

The apartment had everything we needed. It's located near free parking, a bus stop, shops, restaurants... It has central heating with a thermostat, so you can make it as comfortable as you want. It has a lot of natural light and is very comfortable for a couple. Also, our host was kind enough to point out points of interest and how to get there. Such as how to get to Venice via bus and how to use the waterbuses (vaporetto).

Very nice apartment in a convenient place

The place was big enough for a family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need even if we didn’t really used it. The bus for Venice is just in front of the apartment and you can buy tickets in the bus.

Everything was great. Tank you to Mr. Alessandro for his help with visiting Venezia and everything About our travel. It was nice stay and i recommend this accomodation to all of you. Downstairs you can have good breakfast, next to the door you can buy a tickets for Bus as well as good wine and cheese etc. Bus stop in front of the accomodation, Eurosport and lidl in walking distance. Nice pizzeria and sushi all you can eat as well. Venezia 20 minibus by Bus.

Adorable apartment, great hospitality

Such a gorgeous apartment! There’s everything you might need when travelling with children. It’s so beautiful and cosy, perfectly clean and everything inside is of great quality. And it’s quite comfortable to go to Venice by bus from there. It takes only about 20 minutes.

Unfortunately, the room combined with the kitchen smelled strongly of smoke. Even though we didn’t close the windows all the time, the smell just wouldn’t disappear. No one in our family smokes, and we have two little children, so it was disappointing. I didn’t try to find the source of the smell, or to talk to the host, though.

The appartment is great with everithing needed at your disposal. It has a small kitchenette and also a balcony. The location is quiet and right from downstairs you can take the buss to Venice. We will definitely come back when in Venice.

Great place to relax and trust worthy owner supports

It is a sparkling clean studio. Love the easy access to train station and bus stop to Venice. The owner was very helpful and patient. I lost on the first day and he helped me regain the direction. He also helped me figure out the train station. I had a good time working with him.

Great value for money

This hotel is a great option if staying in Mestre. The bedroom is very comfortable and well equipped ( tea/sweets/ toiletries,kettle /hair dryer /microwave /fridge /cutlery /plugs next to bed!) with a large desk and tv. It’s also conveniently located bus stop to Venice is opposite (€1.50) Great value for money.

Great people and easy access to train but uncomfortable bedding and loud construction were bad.

The location was so central to a train station, literally right outside. The staff member we met was super friendly and the room was IMMACULATE. Alessandro did a great job communicating how to check in and check out.

The hotel is located right near a church so be prepared for the church bells very early in the morning. The bed mattress was also pretty uncomfortable because it was so thin, we had to use the extra blanket in the closet to try and give the mattress a bit more padding. The toughest part about this hotel was in the morning there was construction happening outside which woke us up at 730 and continued for an hour and a half which made sleeping in impossible.

In front of a bus stop, so it’s perfect for getting around. Has a cafe next door for a quick meal/drink while you wait for a bus. Super friendly staff and very helpful! Even had a binder full of details on how to get back to the apartment, places to go, etc. Even let us check in a couple hours early which was great! Clean room, no complaints at all.

A very pleasant and memorable experience.

Very accessible to Venice City Centre , with all the necessities located right under the property such as shops and bars for the morning coffee. Alessandro was very kind and accommodating as well. I couldn’t ask for more.

Our first time in Venice and we were extremely pleased! Alessandro took the time to explain the bus routes and highlight some restaurants in the area during our check in. About 20 minutes from the island but it was very easy to get around. Everything was clean and comfortable and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Nice little balcony, and the whole room was cosy and comfortable. The bar and pasticceria next to the hotel is the perfect place for breakfast.
