October getaway (two couples)

- 3 different bedrooms and two bathrooms incl. washing machine - private pool and garden - kitchen including all necessary amenities the villa looks exactly like the photos ;)

The sea view was superb. The pool is big enough. The rooms are large and equipped with air conditioning. Agios Mamas Beach was awesome.

Superb Villa with pool and sea views, 5mins to local town and restaurants

A modern clean 3bedroom property with stunning balcony views, gardens and pool in a great location 5mins from local town with good seafront cafes/restaurants. Plenty of options for great beaches and exploring by car the Kassandra peninsula. Amazing sea views with incredible sunsets in a small private 6 Villa gated complex with parking. Owner Marios onsite, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect family stay. Marios made sure our needs were met, from requesting a high chair for our 18 month old to needing a larger chopping board! Great location and the whole complex felt very safe and secure.

Amazing villas ❤️

Great villa, with an incredible view, the pool was very nice and clean and the backyard well kept by Marios, who was a very nice host and helped us with everything that we needed. The parking was private and spacious. From the villa you can easily get with a car to the Nea Moudania's beach which we liked and also to others from Kassandra (I would recommend the one in Possidi at the Eldoris beach bar). There is a Lidl nearby for shopping and we also found a cash and carry in Moudania which had a wider range of products. We tried different restaurants from the area, and found good food, try Giotis for their gyros. Would totally recommend to everyone who wants to spend a relaxing vacation in this beautiful country ❤️

Basically everything was great! The house is very cosy, it had everything. Personal pool, big terrace, big balcony on second floor, it was very quiet.

The best place in Nea Moudania

We were here 3 years ago and decided to try the villas one more time. This is the best place to relax with family or friends. The villas have a great sea view, nice swimming pool, kitchen with everything you need, bbq, and more. The location is perfect, there is a big supermarket near the villas and the city is very close. We recommend you visit this paradise!
