Very friendly and helpful host Hazel but allowed you space. Lovely setting, a cottage with really tasteful features, nice and cozy. Lovely garden with no of places to sit -peaceful. Had a real rest. As well as breakfast, you can get dinner there if give notice for a very reasonable price. Take a trip into Exmoor and to Coombe Martin on north coast Lovely. Hazel is a lovely, friendly host & nothing is too much trouble. There was tea & cake on arrival and a delicious breakfast. The 17th Century cottage is bursting with character and the chickens wandering in the garden only adds to that. If you want a modern room with ensuite bathroom then this is not for you but if you want personal service and unique accommodation with the freshest eggs for breakfast, I whole-heartedly recommend Tracebridge Cottage B&B (there's good WiFi too so it's not that old fashioned 😅)
