Superb
It is a very quiet place, perfect to relax. The swimming pool overlooks the Tuscan countryside, really nice view. The location is very central, you can easily visit Montepulciano, lago Trasimeno, Castiglione del Lago but also other cities as Perugia, Assisi,… The owners are very friendly. We were staying in a an appartement located next to the house, it was clean all facilities were foreseen, but the WiFi was not perfectly working there. The breakfast was included in the price, but this was just a basket of pre-packaged croissants, cakes and biscuits that we received on our first day of our stay for one week. It would have been nice if the breakfast was served close to the swimming pool with some fresh products.
