Eine schöne und gepflegte Residenz in absolut ruhiger Lage.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Radtouren in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, auch rund um den Lago Trasimeno.
Die Besitzer sind sehr bemüht und halten die ganze Anlage top sauber.
Der Pool lädt sowohl zum Schwimmen als auch zum Relaxen ein.
Bezüglich der Residenz gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Geärgert hat uns nur die Rücksichtslosigkeit von anderen Feriengästen über unserer Wohnung.
Aber dafür können die Besitzer ja nichts.
Die Residenz ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert.

Luogo non vicinissimo al lago e al centro abitato, ma strategico per visitare le bellissime città, è un vero posto di relax immersi nella natura e tranquillità. Alloggio confortevole e con tutti i confort. Sarebbe stato il top con la piscina aperta ma il tempo non è stato clemente.

The owners are very friendly, the apartment "Il Mandorlo" is comfortable (spacious, with a lot of light, equipped with all basic appliances except the microwave oven). Very very clean. I have been there in winter and I can confirm that you can make your apartment as warm as you wish. I didn't see any air conditioning though, so I am not sure about the temperature in summer. I loved the way the owners accepted and even welcomed my little cat, really adorable. I didn't experience the pool but even in winter it looks nicely designed and located.
A little additional note for non-Italian speaking tourists: I noticed that the English translations of the instructions you find in the house are sometimes misleading and a bit rude. This is really just a translation problem as the instructions in Italian are very kind and clear.
The level of noise you will experience depends on the other guests. The big house has several apartments and different guests have different habits (the time they wake up, go to sleep, if they play outside - which would perhaps be just in front of your window). So, while the house itself is (very) isolated and away from any environmental source of noise, if your neighbouring traveller plays football 2 metres away from your window, you will not sleep. I also didn't like the size of the single beds as they are 80 x 200 cm but that is very personal. Despite the fact that each apartment is equipped with a modem, you might experience temporary issues with the Internet connection but that is just because the house is isolated. By the way, because the fields around the house are used for agriculture purposes, at night you will smell the fertilisers.
