דירה מחוממת , גדולה ומרווחת . מיקום מעולה ! קרוב למרכז העיר , לסופרים , לבית חב״ד ועוד . הגענו זוג + נערה ותינוקת והכל היה מקסים 🤩

המנורה בסלון לא עבדה והסלון היה חשוך , בעלת הבית הגיבה שזו אווירה מצויינת 🤦🏽‍♀️ היה חסר נייר טואלט .

The apartment is in a great location, close to most of the tourist attractions. Beds and facilities are well prepared. There are two showers, the big one is very spacious and tidy. The apartment is well designed.

Great location, neat apartment, there was just an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, we kept the door closed, we couldn't use it, it was good that there was another toilet with a bathtub and shower.

Place

The property was in a great location, and it also had free parking . Also the host was very prompt to answer our questions .

There was no welcome pack, so we knew nothing about the property and had to keep on asking questions. For example, there were seven of us and only six chairs around the dining table. We were told we could use the sofa, but that was much lower and would’ve been stupid around the dining table. We did however, found a stool, but it would’ve been useful to have seven proper chairs. We did a lot of cooking, and the electricity kept on tripping. Again, after sorting the fuse box out, and the electricity still tripping I had to ask and was told I had to go to the fuse box in the stairway. Again, this would’ve been useful if there had been an information pack to tell us what to do. there were no oven gloves so we had to find towels to take hot trays out of the oven when hot. There was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets. There were only six knives and forks again. It would be much better to have 12 to 15 knives and forks and then you can put it all in the dishwasher and wash as one. They were plenty of glasses and coffee, mugs, and cups . There was a washing machine, but nothing to hang up and dry the clothes on. When I asked, I was told I would just have to hang them up over chairs and fours and there was no airer . However, we did actually find two airers in the property and were able to dry our clothes. we were only given one set of keys. With a group of seven this really wasn’t enough and again I had to ask, but we were given more keys after asking . the property is in a great location, but I think the people who run it do not have any hospitality experience, and as a result, we had to keep on asking questions. For example, The next property we stayed in had a welcome pack, dishwasher tablets, etc.
