Origin Lombok

Very clean and cozy hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful and has two amazing pools.

I had such a great stay at The Origin Lombok. The whole place has a really relaxed vibe and it’s somewhere you instantly feel comfortable. I spent a lot of time by the pool, enjoyed the restaurant, and all the facilities are well looked after. The breakfast was also one of the highlights—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of choice. What makes this place stand out even more is the people. Every single staff member was genuinely friendly and always greeted me with a smile. A special thanks to Fauzan and his colleagues, who were always around, incredibly attentive, and seemed to genuinely care that every guest was having a great stay. It’s people like him who make you want to come back. I’d also like to thank Amat for his friendly attitude and welcoming personality throughout my stay. He was always approachable and made me feel at home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to the whole team for making me feel so welcome!

The only thing future guests should be aware of is the location. I personally really enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it is, but you’ll definitely want to rent a scooter or have your own transport to get around easily. The good thing is that scooters can be rented directly through the hotel, which makes getting around very easy. It’s not a negative for me, just something worth knowing before you book.

The overall stay was absolutely amazing, something so tranquil and perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and super helpful and friendly, huge recommend I would definitely love to return. Particularly Amat was the most friendly and helped us throughout our stay.

It was all perfect

We loved the design of the pool and the area around it. All in all the place look really beautiful because it seems like you're in the middle a jungle -so many plants and trees... The breakfast is okay, but not great.

The staff seems a bit under-experienced for this job. Also, this place would need a renovation. For this price we expected better. The furniture in the room was a bit damaged, the towels we got for the pool seemed old and a bit dirty and the pillow on the sunbeds were also old and outdated. Food was okayish, but not great.
