The Island Houses Bingin

Location was on point! Lon and Ari were fabulous hosts that went above and beyond. Felt like we were living in a cave treehouse

The initial hike to the property was longer and steeper than anticipated (especially when carrying luggage), however got used to it.

The secluded location is perfect, what makes it. Staff were beyond fabulous. Truly spectacular and will return.

Breakfast at 9 was a little too late for us as early risers.

We loved the individual characteristics of this place. We felt like we were in a Robinson Crusoe story in our beach house amongst the jungle and the rocks. The house is dramatic, quirky and beautifully styled. we didn't realise we had two hosts to help us at any time of the day. They cooked an incredible breakfast each day. the better surfers amongst our group loved having the surf on their door step.

I really didn't like the walk in and out but it has to be expected if you choose a house amongst the cliffs near Bingin beach. the sound of the waves was both amazing and somewhat unsettling. Both of these features added to our unique experience staying at this charming property. It is such a shame that Bingin beach in in a state of ruin now that buildings have been torn down. It definitely detracts from the area and I feel sorry for all the businesses affected by the destruction and rubbish left behind.

Staying at The Impossible Beach House felt like stepping straight into a dream. What I can only describe as my own “Blue Lagoon” /Robinson Crusoe fantasy brought to life. From the moment we arrived, we were completely in awe of the unique beauty of this place. Every detail is crafted with natural materials, creating an atmosphere that deeply connected to nature. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience you feel in your entire being. The views are absolutely breathtaking, the design is one of a kind, and the energy of the place is simply magical. You wake up to the sound of the ocean and fall asleep under the stars, it doesn’t get more perfect than this. And then there are Lon and Ari… truly the heart and soul of this paradise. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. They always greeted us with the sweetest, most sincere smiles and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible, so fresh, so flavorful, and made with so much love. We also had dinner prepared twice by Lon, and wow… the authentic flavors were beyond amazing. It felt like a true taste of Bali, right at home in this stunning setting. Yes, there were a few monkeys around, but honestly, that just added to the adventure. Once you’re aware of them, it’s easy to keep them at a distance, and they disappear just as quickly as they arrive. Our family has made the most incredible memories here with moments we will cherish forever. This place is not just beautiful, it’s something special, something rare. We will carry this place in our hearts forever.
