The location is unbeatable. Small private beaches with access to Padang Padang on low tide. Surf and snorkeling at your doorstep. Great staff, clean rooms and delicious food. Although the stairs are steep, it is so worth it for the location and views.

Location was amazing!!! Stairs down to villas aren’t bad at all, the amazing ladies that take the luggage up are superwomen!!!
Owner was super lovely and caring, gave great recommendations!
Room was beautiful, lovely view of the ocean.
Loved that there were many seating spots to have food/chill with the ocean right there!

The proximity of the ocean, attentive staff
The was no warning that the hotel has no regular mobile coverage and guests must rely on the wi-fi, which happened to be broken when I checked in. Once the wi-fi was restored - the signal was very weak. The breakfast was mediocre, and there is no pool for hot days. The AC in the room was barely cooling it even when set on the minimum temperature, and the room temperature was hot and uncomfortable at all times and particularly during the night, making it difficult to sleep. The bed had no blanket, presumably due to staff's knowledge that it would be impossible to sleep with the blanket anyways given how hot it was all the time.
