Great location to Bingin Beach and cafes restaurants

Very modern and spacious

Loved our stay! The pool was beautiful and the property was pristine clean. Great location, close to the restaurants, beach, shopping and mini Marts.

The down stairs shower drains had a smell after using the shower.

- spacious apartment ( bedroom was upstairs for us it was perfect), comfy beds - perfect location - pool outside (for a sunny day it is great to stay there) - nespresso coffee machine

- quite small bathroom but it was okay

I stayed for 16 days. Overall, it was passable, but several issues affected the stay: Primary: 1) There was frequent hammering and drilling from construction next door. 2) More seriously, staff entered the villa without warning four times, including three mornings. I raised this after the second incident, but it continued. Secondary: 3) The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no cutting board or coffee maker, and basic items such as salt, pepper and oil were missing. 4) The Booking.com listing was also misleading, as the photos gave the impression that the single-room villa was similar to the larger villa shown online.
