The staff were really kind and helpful and were always available to assist with any requests as well as regular cleaning of our rooms. There were a couple of issues with one of the rooms and some of the outdoor lights, but they were very attentive to fixing things promptly. My room was comfortable and air-conditioned, with a nice firm bed which I like. I also enjoyed the private swimming pool and relaxing outdoor chairs, as well as the large covered outdoor kitchen/dining area. Although not right in the centre of Uluwatu, the location is quite good and is only a short walk to Bingin Beach, as well as being close to some nice cafes/restaurants/shops and a short drive to several other nice beaches. It's a good location if you want somewhere with a bit less hustle and bustle.
There were a few issues with one of the rooms (weak toilet flush, low water pressure in shower, sometimes hot water would run out, broken door handle), and although the staff did their best to fix things it did make the stay less enjoyable for my friend who stayed in that room. I would also suggest that a couple of things in the kitchen area could do with an upgrade (e.g. the draining rack was a little rusted). Also be aware there is quite a lot of construction work in the area at the moment so be prepared for extra noise during the daytime. Also Bingin Beach was unfortunately closed when we were there due to construction work leading down to the beach.

We had an amazing time in the one bedroom villa. The pool was a lot bigger than it looked in the photos and was amazing to cool off in! The staff were all lovely and were easily contactable if needed. They organised a in villa massage for us and it was the best massage we had in Bali. The room was clean, water provided, smelt amazing, great shower. We didn’t want to leave!
