Posizione fantastica. Appartamento pulito e molto riservato.
A 200 passi dalla spiaggia con ombrelloni ad uso privato degli appartamenti.
Da migliorare la cucina e gli accessori utili per cucinare.
Mancano le tapparelle, entra la luce al mattino presto. Come nota positiva permette di ammirare l'alba bellissima sul monte Athos

Хареса ни местоположението и отношението на домакините. Има малък плаж със шезлонги и чадъри към хотела на две минути от стаите. Главния плаж и центъра на Сарти са на 5 минути с кола около 2 км. На пешеходно разстояние няма магазини.
Имахме проблем с запушване на канала в банята, но имаше почти мигновена реакция от домакините и проблемът беше отстранен. Душът няма поставка на стената.

Good location. The apartment are decent and have outdoors on both sides. The beach is very close and not very crowded.
The apartments are not properly maintanined.
I will give one example : the bed was broken and fix with 2 BEER boxes. This was the main dissapointing issues. Others are are too small to mention them but could be cause serios damage ( loose curtain rod, running toilet etc ).

Small, quiet beach, close to the apartment, clear water. One guy brought us coffees on the beach, very kind. The cleaning lady was also very friendly. The apartment was okay.
The restaurant mentioned on Booking, saying that is open during our stay, was closed for more then 1 year. We had to drive everyday by car for lunch/dinner in Sarti. The availability of the restaurant was the reason we chose this apartment. The owner never came to see us, to check if everything alright.
The Wifi was very poor.
