The view from the terrace is gorgeous and is the main selling point. The mid-term cleaning service is a big plus. The house has a good location and layout. Antonis’ recommendations were more than welcome. The mattress and pillows are quite comfortable. The house was very clean, and the bed sheets and towels were spotless. The house is equipped with everything you need and everything is in good condition. We found a welcome pack in the fridge, cold water and treats, which was a very nice gesture.

There is no privacy. The upper floor is occasionally occupied, so we could see and hear each other. The gardener also shows up unannounced. The property is not fenced, meaning cars passing by on the road have a clear view of you on the terrace. Because of this lack of fencing, the surroundings are unsafe for children and pets. Inside, there is a musty smell in the master bedroom, and the floorboards are loose and full of ants in both bedrooms. In the bathroom, there is a sewage smell. The shower head is clogged with limescale, resulting in poor water pressure, and the faucet cannot switch between the shower and the tap. Also, the shower curtain is very outdated nowadays as it’s unhygienic. Lastly, basic amenities like sugar, salt, pepper, or oil were missing.

The location is very beautiful and the view is gorgeous. The shade kept the house cool. The kitchen had everything for us to also cook something if needed.

There were kinda a lot of insects everywhere. 🙈
