Everything was lovely and clean, spacious and furniture n decoration spot on. The staff were amazing, we loved having breakfast downstairs

Location - amazing for views of the river, walks and getting into centre. Private - made it feel so luxurious being the only guests and lovely table for breakfast with surrounding accommodation private houses. Size / views / luxury - space was so much more than expected and views with 3 windows in the lounge alone and outside never mind front bedroom and outside terrace. Luxury fittings and furnishings. Lovely friendly staff Already looking to book again and now our first choice for Chester
Not a dislike but description says free toiletries so I assumed this meant shower gel shampoo and conditioner but it was only handwashing. No problem as Tesco nearby had what we needed.

Lovely flat with outside space.
Bedframe in master bedroom every time you move it rattles. And the duvet should be changed to summer tog.
