Great lay out. Air conditioning was perfect for the extremely hot weather. Bed was 10/10 confortable. Location was ok but that should not deter visitors from renting this apartment.

The look of the place and the location.

Proximity to train station, trams to airport and most importantly to all major attractions are within walking distance. The design of the apartment was quite interesting and special.

The surroundings, especially the side street can be quite scary at night.

Very good bed. Good location. Nicely decorated apartment.

Property was advertised as having a city view. The window was much smaller than we assumed and the ‘view’ was the wall of another building across a narrow street. We found the apartment quite dark. Check in was confusing. Codes were not sent on time and though that may have been due to technology glitches (they claimed they sent them by email and WhatsApp the day before but weren’t received by us) we were still left waiting out on the street at check in time wondering how it was all going to work. Had to buy my own soap as dispenser in bathroom was empty. I’m sure they would have provided it but I just couldn’t deal with the confusing communication anymore so dealt with it on my own. Then we had less than 24 hours notice that workmen would be coming into the apartment in the morning to install shutters. In general it felt like most of the communication was about their requirements regarding the property and not much information that would have been helpful to us.
