room location very helpful for work and socialising. Free standing fan provided, which was very welcome as it was essential given heat. Prompt responses prior to my arrival to any messages via booking.com
. Still waiting on response to 4 messages requesting invoice. Cleaning room should extend to under bed and furniture

Very nice location, close to Victoria station and Westminster. Quiet street. The room was cleen and the bed was confortable. There was a small refrigerator.
Very small room. The window didn't close properly and it was a bit cold.

Location was good
The room is so small you can't move around easily. The hotel entrance and stairs are very narrow, and there are objects in the entrance that are quite bothersome.
