    Hotel was just what I needed. Nice and comfortable room. Good air conditioning. Good shower. Room and hotel very clean. Close to Victoria station.

    The property was great with its clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were well-maintained. Its great location made transportation easy and access to nearby attractions was very convenient. Overall, the place offered good value for money.

    Great location. Bus stop is right outside which is easy to use. Breakfast was included which was a nice touch. Room was clean, staff were lovely and helpful and also our room was ready when we arrived early which was great! Thank you 😊

    Overall, great location and stay. But the staff was unsupportive. They took £25 from me while entering as a security deposit but when I was checking out of the hotel, I was like 30 mins later than the check-out time and they refused to return the £25 to me and said to me we were charging this as late check-out fee. I don't know if this is common in the UK but was new for me and I feel was not fair. Usually, 30-60 min late check out is forgiven especially when I checked in at 9 pm the previous night.
