    I recommend this hotel for the cordiality of the receptionists. My room was tiny, but clean and quiet. The bed also was comfortable.

    I had a lovely stay at Blades Hotel. Although I was given the smallest room, it felt very cozy, comfortable, quiet, and perfectly functional — especially as a solo female traveler. I always felt safe and at ease. The reception team was incredibly kind. One of the receptionists helped me carry my suitcase upstairs after I mentioned I had an injury, which I truly appreciated. I also liked the classic charm of the physical keys, and I never had any issues accessing the hotel. The room was peaceful, the temperature was comfortable, and housekeeping was always attentive. The location is excellent — close to the tube, buckingham Palace, and several bus lines running late. I also returned after midnight on a few occasions and the neighborhood felt extremely safe and calm, which was very reassuring. A special thank you to Magdalena, who assisted me during checkout, as well as the weekday receptionist — both were warm, cordial, and attentive throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Blades Hotel, especially for solo travelers looking for a safe and welcoming place in London.
