Super location, for accessing old town and also very quiet. Wonderful welcome and support from host. Good directions to local shops etc. The garden was absolutely wonderful a very special feature.

Perfect little apartment a base for exploring xx

The house is in a quiet area near to Arles centre. There is a Boulangerie 10 mins walk a way. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking but there are also plenty of places to eat within walking distance. There is access to buses and trains which take you to other cites towns and the Camargue. The bed was so comfortable and quiet. We were able to have meals in the garden which was peaceful and the car was secure behind gates. The house is traditional old style French. Wonderful.

Lovely apartment, ideally situated for visiting Arles and nearby areas.

This is a delightful ground floor apartment in a large house otherwise occupied by the host. It is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had sole use of a large, very attractive and shaded garden which would be ideal in hot summer weather. The apartment is very well situated in a quiet and attractive residential area only 10 minutes on foot from Arles' historic centre and its bus routes to nearby towns. We strongly recommend trips to St Maries de la Mer and Tarascon. It is also only a 10 minute walk to a large supermarket. The host kindly collected us from, and took us back to the station - a five minute drive.

The location was close by to Arles's attractions (within walking distance), yet set back in a quiet neighborhood. Secure parking was available within the home's lovely gated garden. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The home and bed were very comfortable.

Located in a lovely quiet area yet close to the main sights. The bed was super comfortable and it was lovely to have a garden to relax in.

Perfectly charming

Perfect stay in every way. One of our hosts generously met us at the station, and drove us to the apartment. We have travelled a great deal, but this has to be one of the very best experiences we have ever had. The apartment itself is on the ground floor of the family home, a gracious Art Deco building in a tranquil part of the city, close to the famed Roman necropolis. It is a short and pleasant walk to reach all the main sites of interest. The apartment is comfortable, elegant, spacious, welcoming, well provided with everything we needed, plus some thoughtful touches, such as an umbrella (luckily not needed) and a magnificent shoe-horn. The bed was superbly comfortable, and the silence and darkness meant we had three uninterrupted nights’ sleep.

Great location with garden and very helpful owners.

The owners met me at the station and dropped me back at the end of my stay. I really wanted a garden flat, and the garden is lovely. It's a 5-7 minute walk to the amphitheatre, along a very pleasant route. There is also some really interesting stuff nearby, particularly the Parc des Ateliers. If you want supermarkets, they are a 10 minute walk in the other direction. I live in a small flat in central London and really wanted a place with a garden just outside the hustle and bustle of the town, and Arles les Alyscamps ("Champs Elysees" in Provencal) met this perfectly. The owners couldn't do enough for me, so I was very happy.

Location: very quiet residential neighbourhood, only 15 minute walk away from the Historical sights of Arles; Hosts living on the upper floors: warm, welcoming, helpful in every thinkable way, they go above and beyond expectations; Accommodation: the one-bedroom ground floor flat overlooking the lovely Provence style garden is ideal to chill out after an arty exploration of the town or business meetings; unpretentious Breakfast: the kitchen is perfectly equipped, fridge, coffee machine and capsules, tea, snacks, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher. Perfect for a business traveler or a couple.

Style and comfort in a quiet corner of Arles

This beautiful apartment in a grand house is stylishly and tastefully furnished and really does feel like a home from home. The owner is very friendly, helpful and informative. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and there's a good shower. Parking is in the lovely private garden, so it's very convenient. It was a great pleasure to have dinner at the outdoor tables as the sun went down or enjoy the shade on a hot afternoon. The apartment is in a quiet area but just a short walk from the centre's attractions, especially LUMA and the ancient cemetery. It's even possible to walk to a shopping zone with hypermarket etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in the nice city of Arles, with very kind hosts.

The location couldn't hardly be improved upon. It is in a quiet street so you get a good nights rest, yet it is only a 5 minute walk from the touristic city center. Also practically behind the corner of the Luma.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave and all kitchenware. Therefore it is a bummer that there is only a 2-pit cooking plate, also there is no hood (to exit hot air while cooking). So don't plan to cook a full menu everyday, to avoid disappointment. It's great for small meals!

The quiet residential area with private garden yet only 5 mins walk from beautiful Arles.

Only issue with this property is no Aircon.....but our host had purchased 2 large ventilation units which helped greatly.

Mooie tuin en goed bed

Klein keukentje, kleine badkamer en niet zo comfortabele bank. De auto moest in de tuin geparkeerd worden en daar was het slecht maneuvreren. Ook het uit rijden was lastig, slecht zicht.

Séjour dépaysant, accueil et lieu charmants.

Accueil charmant, lieu ravissant, aménagement intérieur rustique-chic, décoré avec goût. On se sent chez soi au rez-de-chaussée de cette très jolie maison, remarquablement située, dans un coin calme et accessible. Le jardin est bienvenu, pour un petit café au soleil dans les chants d'oiseaux. Un havre de repos ! Je recommande complètement.
