Great location. Plenty of space
Pool layout not the best with the steps to get out right next to a wall so not easy to negotiate.

Villa Le Caggia is in a perfectly parochial, wilderness area interspersed with small Podere (farms). Wild life is all around you, the property is kept immaculately by the owner. She is an artist and has also curated the furnishings and artwork tastefully and with comfort, efficiency, space and aesthetics in mind. Our family, and a few friends who visited and stayed with us, were easily accommodated. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, even the children! We woke the sounds of birdsong, made Tuscan meals together in the gorgeous kitchen, ate together under the covered terrace area, enjoyed the hot tub, pool, games room, movie nights and country walks. We could have stayed a month or more and never been bored.
It’s a quick drive to Siena and many other “must see” hilltop towns, Etruscan sites, thermal springs, mountain abbeys, and the via Francigena… right in the heart of ancient, real Tuscany; yet close enough to all the conveniences of modern life.
I cannot recommend the Villa, its caring hosts and the beautiful Tuscany more highly.

the villa is isolated, the kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of bedrooms, a big hall just for sport (snooker, ping pong table). The host is very kind and helpful. Good restaurants recommendations...
No cellular reception (but very good wi-fi all over the place).
The last part of the road to the villa is unpaved (2 km approx.).

Absolutely stunning villa in quiet location. The host was so friendly and responsive, and went above and beyond! We couldn’t recommend enough.
