About this villa rental
In the wonderful hunting lodge of Conte Fiorentini, at the gates of Siena, in the municipality of Monteroni d’Arbia just 12 km from Siena.
The location is ideal as we are immersed in nature, but on foot you can reach the town of Monteroni d'Arbia with shops, bars and restaurants, tennis clubs.
The area is that of the Crete Senesi, with Murlo, Buonconvento, Asciano Pienza Montalcino, Montepulciano San Gimingnano, ,,
Florence and many delightful villages.
The villa offers air conditioning, wi-fi, LPG heating, spectacular views, heated swimming pool, is beautifully furnished.
It is currently the summer residence of the Counts who reside in Siena and also hosts a selected clientele that benefited from the ranking of 5 Tripadvisor balls.
In particular, the estate of around 40,000 m2 includes an organic arable land and a reserve of white truffles.
The villa has a main body dating back to the eighteenth century, on two floors and a parade with a porch with a wood oven.
In total it consists of 9 double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and various common rooms, as well as kitchens and living rooms with a fireplace and a wood oven.
