Best place for a family holiday for a large, extended family. I have not experienced such silence for a very long time. Excellent facilities and great pool. Highly recommended!

Pool was great. All facilities are nearby. Central shaded « piazza ». EV charging station on site ! Perfect hideout ! Grocery store in the nearby village makes excellent coffee, great stop for the ones on bread duty.

Somehow off the beaten tracks. It takes 15-20 minutes to get anywhere. Some love it, others prefer it more accessible. We found it amazing !

Absolutely stunning location. Amazing pool. Lots of space and privacy. Wonderful table for large dinners and bbq area. Games area was great. Perfect for large groups.
Only air con in two rooms. Driveway very steep and gravely so need a good car.

We arranged with the property to have a wood fired pizza dinner on our first night and it far exceeded our expectations. The farm house is charming, the pool was much needed and used in the crazy heat of July! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was easy to navigate and had the basic spices and oils stocked. Water pressure in the showers was excellent and the property was very clean. The property arranged taxi transfers for us to the places we wanted to see in Tuscany, the same driver every day (Luca) and he was excellent and very flexible with regard to timing or stopping at a grocery store on the way back. The cost of the transfers was very reasonable for a large group to share.
The property is a little far from city centres. We loved being away from it all in the evening, it was quiet and probably 10 degrees cooler. The added travel time was the only drawback. Otherwise it is an exceptional property.
