Boutique Apartment Puerta Alameda-801

The location, the gym and the pool.

We arrived at 11:00am because of our flight, and the apartment was supposed to be ready at 2:00pm. The hosts of Boutique Apartment Alameda would not hold our suitcases till 2:00pm. We had to find a restaurant for few hours with our suitcases. Knowing this we would have stayed in a Hotel. That almost ruined our first day in Mexico City. We know the system in this building. Apartments Puerta Alameda is a huge complex, we have stayed in another apartment in the same building. And the hosts of the other apartment were more helpful and went out of their way trying to help us. They storaged our suitcases for 3 hours and offered us a service ride to the airport. But the experience with Boutique Apartment Alameda was a bit disappointing for this reason. It is not convenient for travelers. The apartment of Boutique Puerta Alameda is is almost bare. I was so cold at night, and there were no blankets in the apartment. I had to sleep with sweaters and warm clothes. The bed was very small and a little bit uncomfortable.
