Hotel molto silenzioso, pulito e fornito di tutto compresa acqua e amenities che vengono aggiunte ogni giorno se utilizzate. Vicino a fermate di autobus e metro per arrivare ovunque. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. La camera viene fatta ogni giorno. Al piano terra c'è un 7eleven comodissimo fornito di tutto. Sempre al piano terra e sempre senza dover uscire dalla struttura c'è un piccolo ristorante che cucina piatti a base di pollo tra cui la tipica zuppa con sfilacetti di pollo e ginseng.

La struttura comunque è in una zona poco turistica e per andare in centro ci vuole comunque circa mezz'ora. Gli arredi soprattutto moquette, tende e carta da parati sembrano un po usurati ed andrebbero rinnovati.

hotel bien situé, à 500m d'une station de métro et d'un immense carrefour où passent de nombreux bus. C'est vraiment un hotel pour hommes d'affaires (asiatiques). Le staff parle anglais (souriant et serviable). La chambre était propre et nettoyée tous les jours. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant.

le quartier manquent de restaurants pour les occidentaux. c'est le seul bémol.

The room was really clean when we first checked in. Everything was working well. The bathroom is well designed and the toilet flush worked great. The bed is really soft and comfortable. Not sure if there is soundproofing in the room but the noise level was always good and it was really quiet majority of the time which allowed for a good night's sleep everyday. The location is good as there are several nearby bus stops and convenience stores. You also get a discount for drinks at the cafe located beside the hotel. There are also a lot of really good food within walking distance of the hotel.

- Majority of the counter/service staff were really unfriendly and unenthusiastic. When we checked in, the counter staff was really cold and uninterested. When we were returning to the hotel, we asked the counter staff for water and he refused (not politely btw) saying we already have water in our rooms. We were confused as the counter staff (the only nice staff we encountered) on the previous day did give us water when we asked. - On one of the days, we heard ONE knock on our door and before we could react/respond, the door was opened by a cleaning staff. We DID NOT activate the room make-up service, so we were extremely confused. And on top of that, she proceeded to tell us to leave the room in 30 minutes so she could clean. LMAO. We simply complied and kept quiet as we didn't want any problems, considering the service has been really dismissive so far. - On one of the days, we found a piece of hair on my friend's bedsheets (not ours) when we returned to the hotel. It seemed like the sheets wasn't cleaned properly or changed. - On the day of check out, they called our room to tell us we have to leave in 15 minutes. I understand and appreciate reminders like this but the staff was really rude with his tone. In previous experiences with other hotels, they usually ask guests if things went well or if they require any assistance. But here it was: You need to check out in 15 minutes, ok thanks, bye. None of the issues mentioned above can be attributed to language barriers as my friend is a local who speaks Korean fluently. And we were always respectful and polite the entire time, so being treated like this was really unpleasant. This hotel has great potential, please improve your service and staff attitudes.
