Hotel Inspiroom Jongro

The staff was helpful and warm. The owner (I think he was the owner) was especially kind and helpful and quick in answering any questions and sorting out any issues. The room looked like the photos as advertised and was clean, and all the amenities in the room worked well and looked stylish. The room was cleaned often and you could also request it to be cleaned. There was good coffee and water provided in the reception area.

It would also be nice to have a closet - the space of the room is a bit limited but workable. There was no view but that is just my preference. I also prefer the sink in the bathroom rather than in the same area as the bedroom. The light switch pad shines too brightly in the dark. And I would also suggest that the motion sensor light should have a way to switch it off. If you don't mind these small things, the room is pretty perfect.

・洗面所にタオルハンガーがなかったのでタオル置き場に困りました。 ・洗面所にコップがなかったのでコーヒーカップで代用しましたが、できれば紙コップが一つ置いてあれば助かります。 ・玄関に靴ベラがあればうれしい

This hotel felt brand new and was exceptionally clean. The towels and bed linens were fresh and of excellent quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable and soft, providing a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the modern automatic bidet in the bathroom. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located in an excellent area.

The location is great! Especially for those who are familiar with Seoul. I have been here many times and want to avoid the typical areas like Gwanghwamun or Hongdae, so I chose this neighbourhood (Dongmyo) as I have never been to this part of Seoul before. To my surprise, the flea market scene in this neighbourhood is great! Cheonggyecheon is also within walking distance, and it is a less touristy part of the river, more nature: birds and fish. Dongdaemun is just one train station away, so I also spent a lot of time near Heunginjimun and the Naksan City Wall trail with lots of nice cafes along the wall. As for the room and facilities: the hotel is newly renovated, very clean and is equipped with essentials like a water machine in the lobby and a laundry room in the basement. Check-in and check-out via the kiosk were smooth. Zero complaints!

Nothing. Everything was good. I came with zero expectations, and the facilities and location were all on point.
