地理位置優越，性價比極高，公共空間還有水和咖啡機，房間小巧乾淨，香香沒異味。
隔音不好，其他房間關門聲音會聽得到；晚上也會聽到地鐵聲。

駅近、清潔、ランドリーがある。
トイレに紙を流せない。 狭いので二人だときつそう。 冷房の温度設定は何度にしても同じで、室温16度とか激寒。

新堂駅の4番出口から1分ほどなので駅近で良い。市場や飲食店も多いので韓国語の会話に困らない方であれば日本の下町のような雰囲気でより楽しめるとも思う。 都内1Kに住む一人暮らし友人宅に泊まりに来た雰囲気だと思えば想像がしやすいかも‥ こじんまりとしているが、共有スペースも清潔感があった。 東大門まで徒歩15分くらいなので、時間に余裕があれば散策しながらの移動も楽しめる
蛇口に対して洗面台が小さいため足元が濡れやすい。 入り口の木の階段は2段しか無いが、高さがあるためスーツケースが大きい場合は少し上げづらい。 立地に関しては仕方ないが、近隣にコーヒーショップが多い割にコンビニは少なめ。
