The accommodation is in the heart of Seoul and I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the place even for the price.

No elevator! :( But the staff helped me with my luggage upon check out so it's ok.

Overall, the room was decent and reasonably priced. I liked that the property offered self-check-in and 24/7 coffee and tea. There was a washer, and you could exchange towels when needed. There were places to put your trash and get new bags. The lobby had many convenient items available to purchase or use. I used one of the umbrellas on my first night because it was lightly raining outside.

I did not like that I could not flush toilet paper down and had to put it in a trash can in the bathroom/shower. It did not mention that in the listing. The area was walkable for a few things, but to get to most places, you will definitely need to figure out the train and bus routes, because you will need to use public transportation a lot. And it goes without saying that going up and down 4 flights of stairs got old quickly. It wasn't a bad room, though it was super small. I was mostly comfortable, except for the bathroom situation.
