the room is quite spacious and comfy. It looked exactly like in the pictures!

Staff can’t speak a single word in English. This is an international hotel, that would be great to have someone able to communicate in English. At the same time they tried to help as much as they could using translation tools which I obviously appreciated

It was in the centrum of the city, very good piblic transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very easy

It was super tiny and a bit noisy

I just like location near the flee market but need to walk around 5 mins from the train station.I also like the room having separate glass shower and toilet though the room is small

I don't like the staff who assisted us when we arrived..she has short hair,wearing mask ,t-shirt and jogging pants...I think this is how she dressed up and can be recognized..she was really rude .the rest of the staff were not friendly and not smiling except for the guy and that lady who wear nice black dress and said she will give us water...aside from this there was a money bug or centepede insect inside our room that was so big.they also only give you one key card so you cannot keep the mini refrigerator cold if you have food and drinks inside.They don't greet customers They don't smile.They don't give toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste.They don't clean the room everyday.They.clean it after 4 days and upon request in the morning before 1am and the room will be clean the next day.Their towels are very small like a face towel size.You cannot identify also which towel is for the body and which one is for the floor toilet rug since they look the same.They don't give water everyday unless you ask in the lobby.They also don't change your towels unless you ask in the front desk. If only I was assisted kindly and nicely by that woman in front desk staff wearing mask when we arrived then maybe I can give a better review. I wanted to transfer to another hotel but I'm worried they might not give me a refund.The experience I have with that front desk staff and money bug centepede insect made my whole stay inconvenient since first impression lasts
