The place is really well located with quick access to bus and subway, has convenience stores a couple 24hr food options and a bank all within a 5 min walking distance. The host and staff are nice. The beds were sufficiently comfy.

The facilities are not thoroughly cleaned lots of dust behind the bed (a pretty big space) and next to the furniture. Even though the room hair air conditioning and a fan it is not properly ventilated and has a bit of mold in some corners of the ceiling.The bathroom had no shower curtain so everything gets wet.

Location is great. It's between 2 metro lines and a few major bus stops. Myeongdong is 12mins away by bus. Many non touristy restaurants and eateries within 1-10mins walking without rip off prices. Korea Post is 5 mins walk away, convenient to send excess luggage home (it's only open on weekdays). Host is responsive and helpful. Room heater works very well, it is negative temperatures during my stay there yet I didn't feel the cold at all. Ample hot water for showering. Room size is suitable for 2 persons (I booked the room with 1 bunk bed). Kitchen with basic cooking facility and washing machine. There is a mini fridge in the room.

Mattress is thin. No table or chair in room for resting and doing work/eating on, but there is a kitchen on the ground floor with a simple table and stools.

I like how the toilet is decent size unlike the usual mini bathrooms I experienced in the past. It was close to the subway station, same side with the elevator subway if you have luggages and the bus stop, but a bit farther from the tourist spots.

The beddings is not so comfy, the comforter is thin and there's only one pillow. I can also hear the people outside specially during late night and they sounded drunk. Also, the microwave in the common area downstairs is dirty -_-
