    We enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is good too. Just soundproof not really good you can clearly hear voices from another room. But overall everything is good

    the stay was hampered by small room size, smelly toilet, which affected comfort. on the plus side, the facilities were adequate

    We love the location very near in the train station exit 10. Near airport bus 6002 who are coming every 15minutes fare is around 17000KW and 12000KW kids 12 y/o below. Theres a nearby fruit store w/ yummy strawberries,grocery, daiso and olive young, pharmacy and bank all around the train station of Dongmyo. Facilities is good since we are going to stay at night but I suggest they make the front area of the room neat or have some plants/flowers😆 Very helpful team esp Munhee who replies all the time. Thanks for your kindness and accommodation.

    This used to be a really good place, which is why this stay was disappointing. I’m not sure if this was a one-off experience, but the trash in the kitchen was not taken out promptly, leaving the common area with an unpleasant smell. The staff, who were previously very friendly and welcoming, felt noticeably disengaged this time — there was little acknowledgment or basic courtesy. In addition, one staff member was loudly discussing personal issues with another in the common area, which was clearly audible from my room. Guests were also using common areas beyond the designated hours. Overall, the biggest letdown for me was the staff, which unfortunately had the greatest impact on my stay. In addition, I was informed—rather than asked—that I would be transferred to another hostel owned by a family member. I was made to contact the manager of the other property before being properly informed of the change. Had this been discussed with me beforehand, I may have been open to it, but the lack of prior communication and consent felt unprofessional.
