ARA Hotel

Very close to both metro station and bus stop. Few shops and lots of food places around. Rooms were very clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and had both shower and a bath. It was also very good value for money comparing to other hotels in Seoul.

The room was bigger than in other hotels but still probably more comfortable for one person than two - wardrobe was very small and no shelves etc.

Clean, nice location easy checkin and out- the room was not too small as described in other reviews. Definetly good price for the location and room. The area it’s quite local that is a plus

Nothing really -

Location was great, staff were friendly, daily room cleaning, bathroom was lovely, right beside a daily market

The self-check-in process was very efficient, especially since we arrived late at night. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, with towels replaced daily. We also appreciated the spacious bathroom, which had a separate bathtub and shower area, something not commonly found in other accommodations where the sink and shower share the same faucet. Another highlight was the excellent location, with the airport bus stop, bus stations, and subway stations right in front of the property, making transportation incredibly convenient.

The standard room was quite small if you have three or more pieces of luggage, but we were able to manage, so it wasn't a major issue. We also asked if we could store our luggage after checking out early. A staff member initially told us that we could only leave it until 4:00 PM and that there would be an extra charge afterward. Fortunately, when I asked through the chat, they confirmed that luggage storage was actually free.
