The best choice for vacation in Stavros🏖️🌴

The location of the property is excellent, close to all the better beaches and places to go out. Apartments adapted for families with children, clean, quiet, friendly. Reyi and Benny are the best hosts I've ever chosen, I wish them all the happiness in the world.

Best value for money in and near Stavros

The location is perfect - quiet and yet less than 100m away from the main road. There were enough parking spots during the week, only it gets a bit crowded on the street during the weekend. The gas and charcoal barbeques in the garden are awesome.

If you're above 185-190cm you might have an issue in the studio's bathrooms and in the bedroom. Rooms are not really well isolated and you can be bothered sometimes from loud neighbors.

Quite nice and pleasant

Location is nice, secluded and quiet. There is a shared barbecue if you want that. Staff is quite pleasant and responsive. Good equipped facilities for your stay.

The hot water is on solar heating, and is not connected to the main grid. Which means that on colder rainy days (which we happened to experience, and when you need a hot shower the most), there is no hot water, because there is no sun. Wi-Fi was very poor. And mobile reception was not the best on location. Otherwise things were quite good.

It's a lovely, quiet place, between the mountains and the sea. In 2 minutes you reach the beach with stones, and in 5 minutes you are on a wonderful sandy beach. Thanks a lot to the host Julia, she was very kind and ready to help when you need.

Schlecht dreckige einfache Unterkunft

Das alle 3 Tage Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht wurden. Das Bad wurde zumindest Mal renoviert.

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich sehr einfach eingerichtet. Es absolut nicht sauber und das Bad roch stark nach Kanal. Die Küche haben wir überhaupt nicht genutzt, da wirklich Eckelhaft. Besteck und Geschirr nicht sauber und der Herd eine Zumutung. Zudem waren die Rückwände der Schränke auf der Rückseite mit Schimmel befallen. Eine der beiden Matratzen war total durchgelegen und mit Flecken jeglicher Art übersäht. Wir wollten uns keine Gedanken hierzu machen was das alles war. In den 11 Tage wurde nicht einmal der Boden aufgewischt. Aus der Klimaanlage lief eine braune Brühe und im Inneren war der Schimmel. Würde wohl wie alles andere nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Wir haben zumindest das Bad am ersten Tag selbst gründlich gereinigt. Die Inhaber oder Verwalter sind auch keine Griechen, Sonden osteuropäisch. Auch die anderen Gäste waren osteuropäisch. Vielleicht reicht für diese Landsleute der Standard aus. Wir fanden alles nur dreckig und abgenutzt.

Okay für eine Nacht

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Küche und ordentlichem Bad. Wir durften die Fahrräder im Zimmer verstauen, was sehr nett war. Strandnähe.

Wifi hat nicht funktioniert. Für Familien Preis-Leistung gut, für Paare oder Singles eher nicht geeignet.

Geniş bir bahçesi var. Çocuklar sürekli dışarıda ki salıncakta sallandılar. Çocuklu aileler için ideal. Kaldığımız bölüm 2 oda 1 salondu, geniş ve ferah. Ayrı mutfağı vardı, tüm araç gereçler vardı ve yeterliydi.

Klímás, 2 háló+nappalis külön házunk volt, saját terasszal és kiülőhellyel, a tengerpart 2 perc sétára, Stavros központ 2 km-re. Egy üveg ajándék behűtött borral kedveskedtek érkezéskor!

Адреса, що вказана в букінгу не співпадає , тільки вже коли безпосередньо з букінгу прокладати зможете знайти . Це цілий комплекс з 10 апартаментів, які впритик одне до одного, тиші не буде . Сусіди будуть палити цигарки завжди смердить . Кімнати маленьки і їжу приймати можно тільки на вулиці , але там завжди мухи. Дуже набридливі у великій кількості . Ті апартаменти, що під великим дахом - там не має чим дихати на міні-терасі. Дуже парить у спеку . Ті апартаменти, що ближче до воріт значно кращі .
