Great location and nice staff - lovely man serving breakfast

love the location and the view from my room. the location was a stone throw away from the places I love i.e. especially the ferry rides and awesome food options. the area is a safe place for any single tourist to walk and explore.

the breakfast could have better option. But I have no issues, since there are many food options nearby

The best part of the hotel was the terrace where breakfast was served, with a very nice view of the city. Breakfast was really good and had many different options. There was also a restaurant on the terrace with good-quality food at reasonable prices.

The room was much smaller than I expected. I have stayed in 15-square-metre rooms before, but this one felt much smaller. It was supposed to be a double room, but only one person could stay there comfortably with a small carry-on suitcase. If you have a large suitcase, there is almost no space for it. The facilities were also quite old and needed some maintenance. Some of the light-switch covers were broken, the lights sometimes turned off by themselves, and the shower door was damaged and didn’t close properly. The staff didn’t speak English very well, so we had some misunderstandings when booking excursions. Fortunately, that was resolved in the end.
