Spacious modern apartment with beautiful views of the ocean

Very spacious apartment. It has a stunning view over the beach and ocean. Modern design and well equipped kitchenette. Host was vey helpful. Shop and great restaurant nearby. Short walk to beach.

A super kind and warm-hearted host who goes above and beyond to help and immediately resolves any inconveniences. Also, a wonderful “lady for everything” who welcomed us on site and handled the apartment handover. The apartment was beautiful and the location was great – excellent value for money, with a free parking spot right in front of the door.

A perfect 4 night stay

Spacious and comfortable. Great views from balcony. Excellent communication with host who also suggested a well priced taxi for transfers. Distant enough from noisy bars

Irritating and very noisy aquascooters in the bay spoil ambiance . Owners can't do anything about this There are 70+ south facing steps from beach to apartment of which we were fully aware, but bear it in mind if going in high summer.

Ulcinj comfort

The apartment was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower hot, and the decor soothing. The deck is large, and the view is of the beach. It was easy to find. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the old town. There is a market and restaurant nearby. There are a lot of stairs, unavoidable.

N/A - everything was great. -in the comments I read that people complained about two things: Cold water: there is a trick for this. You need to enable the water heater by hitting the button next to the bathroom light button. Then you have hot water. Stairs: Ulcinj is built on hills. Therefore, do not complain about hills and stairs if you plan to visit Ulcinj.

Great location for family and young adults!

It’s a very spacious apartment. It has beautiful view and an amazing owner. She helped us move in and everything was as planned. We came as a family of 3 and it was very comfortable for us. We like physical activities and the uphill location was perfect for us. We enjoyed very much.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect! Walking distance to the old town, to the party street and to amazing beach bars! The balcony space was brilliant, woke up to amazing views everyday!

Absolutely marvelous, highly recommended!

It was hard to make ourselves go to the beach due to the view and peace apartment offers. The owner was there for pretty much anything that we needed assistance with, be it to get us a towels, cab or a place to eat. Morning tea or coffee, an afternoon break or a relaxing night, you’ll have everything at this place.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that our stay was not longer😊

Great apartment, great view, bad location if you plan to go on feet

The apartment was very nice. The view from the apartment was incredible.

This part of city is located on a very steep slope. There are no walking roads in this area of the city. You will have to go by very narrow car roads to get to the beach or the area with shops and restaurants. And those roads don't even have barriers at some places. So it was kind of scary to move around the city, especially with kids.

Very clean place and great value.

Location was a bit far away, up a hill. It was raining a lot during my stay, so it was difficult to walk around to stores and restaurants in the rain. It's not too close to many restaurants.

Very kind host.Apartment looks at the beach. Nice view. Close to the city center.Parking space provided.

Dirty.. Not generally clean. The mattress on the bed has fallen out of use.In the morning my back hurts how uncomfortable it is.The stove works poorly.It happened to us when we came that there was no pressure in the tap so we couldn't have a shower.

The size of the room, the cleanliness, the pool.

The location. It was very uphill. In one of the days it rained outside so it was a bit difficult to take the car to the apartment as it was slippery. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Very poor

The view was nice

The owner is a real negotiator "if you have any problems with the room you can go and search for other" - in the middle of the night; the photo from the site does not match the room, the bathroom stinks from the drain pipe. Every night from 9pm to 1am there is a disco that even with closed windows you can hear everything. The owner "forgot" to mention it. But as she says "it's the holidays". Don't recommend for families with children.
