Warm and comfortable

No sharp knife. Only one door key by available No parking available.

The positive points. An open plan sitting room and kichen TV, wifi, a wardrobe(no hangers) a three seater sofabed, enough kitchenware for a short stay, a kettle, taoster(need keep the push-down button down with your hand until done though) a fridge, dishwasher and cooker. The bathroom is a good size with a shower to the right and a washing machine in the left corner. Hot water is available from a boiler installed above the kitchen board in the kitchen section of the main room. To get around, there are 2 to 3 minutes walk bus and tram stops. For shopping, there is a Hofer store 3 mintues walk away or get acshort bus or tram to nearby places with a variety of stores, shops, bakeries and cafes.

A very early 10 am check out as even in hotels you are allowed till  12pm. I also sent a message re the washing machine and how to dry the washing in the absence of a washing line or tumble dryer.  There is spider web, ants and dust  in the rooms. The flat is named Top1 and should be "Bottom one", as it's located in the storage/cellar floor of the building with windowd at street/pavement level and being on a main road, the traffic noise is very annoying. PRovided contact number doesn't respond.

The apartment is really cosy and felt like home.

The kettle didn’t work and there wasn’t really any tea / sugar etc.

The place is quiet.

The apartment is quite dark since it is a basement, and many of the lights (especially in the bathroom and living room) were not working properly. Additionally, two small towels for two people for five days are insufficient. The kitchen is poorly equipped.
