Location was great, as it's in the heart of alfama. The Owner helped organise a airport transfer.

There was a smell in the apartment due to the plumbing. Disappointed there was no hand soap or body wash even though there were dispensers. Coffee machine available and pods, but no sugar or milk. Only two tea bags.

The location, in Alfama, close to the Apollonia station and also close to tram station.It was easy to check in and check out.

First of all, even we make a reservation with free cancelation, 1 month in advance, they take about half of the price the second day after the booking. The property also ask a deposit of 250 euro, why, I didn't understand, after I saw the apartment.. The apartment was disappointing.The entire apartment have a bad smeling air, of dampness.It was very difficult to ventilate the apartment, because it was very cold inside, and you can't let the windows opened long time( in one bedroom, the window was very litlle, almost imposibile to ventilate). The apartment have in each room an electical radiator, but small, imposible to let it open when you wasn't in the apartment( because the danger of the fire) and they couldn' t warm up enough the rooms.In bathrooms was no heating system. It is a very dark apartment with nothing to create a warm atmosphere. The cleaning was good, but not perfect.The apartment didn't have wi fi, and the phone signal was bad in this location.
