A very good place to stay.

This hotel is right on EV6. Friendly welcoming staff. Sadly not a restaurant just delicious pastries and alcoholic drinks, Serbian coffee. They have a restaurant 5 km back towards border, we are on bicycle s and had long day so didn’t feel like going there. Settled for mediocre local place. We were able to get SIM cards next door at small market and there is ATM nearby. We chose the small room which was more than adequate. Clean linens, good shower. Wifi worked great. Breakfast was lovely with homemade preserves, cold-cuts and cheese plate, fresh bread, juice and our first typical Serbian dish a puff pastry egg and ricotta type cheese casserole. There is secure bicycle parking.

The communication and the service were particularly good! I was picked up in Batina and taken to the pension and given all the important information about the place and the region. Bicycles are also available. Great place, I can only recommend it!

A nice bike friendly hotel if travelling on the EuroVelo.

A bike friendly hotel which was great for us being bike packers. We were able to secure our bicycles onsite. The location was great with a grocery store and bakery right on the corner. We used our bikes to cycle the short 1.8km distance to the restaurant owned by the guesthouse hosts. Our room was small with just single beds but it had a fabulous air-conditioner which was more important to us as the temperature got to 36 the day we stayed. The woman working down the cafe was very welcoming and we had a nice chat about our cycling trip. Her English was very good!

A TV in the room might have been nice as it was too hot to do much other than hang out in our room under the air conditioning. There was a lounge with a TV downstairs in the cafe but it wasn’t very cool down there.

Despite the room being smoke free the smoke from the bar downstairs came into the room and made my stay and sleep uncomfortable since I’m a non smoker and sensitive to smoke

+ Location was great, in the centre of the town, right next to a market + Parking space in front of the building

- The rooms needed some maintenance - Air condition was not working properly - No channels on the TV - Bathroom door could not be closed completely - Slow water flow in the bathroom - Hygene could be improved ( dirty rooms full with spiders) - Towels were not soft and we only got one big for the two of us - Barely equipped kitchen

Exceptional

Anna and her family were very welcoming! She was so kind to pick me up from the bus station in Sombor and dropped me off in Osijek upon departure. Bezdan is a beautiful little village and it was amazing to explore the nearby Danube and canals by bike (which I could also borrow from the guest house). Also, the breakfast was fabulous. Although I only stayed for 2 days, I really felt at home. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely stay for a couple with a cat

Our stay was more than lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the interior was amazing and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We even stayed with our cat, and he loved it as well.

Nice apartments located just a few minutes far from Camp Bezdan. We applied for the late check which was approved easily. Rooms are spacious, clean, the staff is great (not only in regards to the late check out approval).

Ideale Unterkunft

Sehr nettes Ambiente, liegt direkt am Radweg zwischen Serbien und Kroatien. Supermärkte, Apotheken, Bäckereien in 2 - 5 min erreichbar. Die Angestellten waren überaus freundlich, das Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und ruhig, Frühstück war hervorragend mit serbischen Spezialitäten. Außerdem war ein gemütliches Café im Haus und wir konnten die Fahrräder im Hauseingang unterstellen

Igazi VENDÉGSZERETET.

Nagyon kellemes hétvégét töltöttünk az Anna Cafe-ban! A szállás gyönyörű, hangulatos és makulátlanul tiszta volt, így igazán otthon érezhettük magunkat. A reggeli fantasztikus volt, tele helyi ízekkel, amelyek igazán különlegessé tették a napkezdést. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, minden kérdésünkre készségesen válaszoltak. Egy külön pluszpont, hogy a közeli halászcsárdába (Pikec) való kijutásunkat is könnyedén megoldották. A halászcsárda különösen hangulatos volt a Duna partján, ahol a folyó szépsége és a halászati hangulat még autentikusabb élményt nyújtott. Ez a festői környezet hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy az étkezés ne csupán ízletes, hanem igazán felejthetetlen legyen. Összességében csodás élmény volt ez a hétvége, biztosan visszatérek még, és szívből ajánlom mindenkinek ezt a helyet, aki egy nyugodt, barátságos és hangulatos szállást keres. Köszönöm mindenkinek a kedvességet és a gondoskodást!

Süßes Juwel in the middle of nowhere

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die liebevolle Ausstattung mit dem Cafe direkt im Gebäude hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Ort ist halt sehr idyllisch.
