The Reverie Saigon Residential Suites

This was spacious accommodation, with two large en suite bedrooms, large living area / dining area, kitchen and separate toilet. We were very comfortable, family of four adults. Magnificent views from all windows. Great dining experience, breakfast was awesome

We loved the friendliness of the staff and the facility to communicate with them. The efficient service they all provided and how fast they resolve our needs during our stay.

One day we asked for the house keeping to clean the room and specially because we were travelling with our baby, we are extra careful in the cleaning process. She first took the trash from the bathroom out and then wanted to wash the dishes, which is not correct and not hygienic. We asked the front desk to explain that she should clean the kitchen, dinning room first and the last thing she should do are both bathrooms. We think is a simple process of defining the cleaning steps to ensure the guest health and everyone's security. After this, everything was done correctly and it made our stay more pleasant.

A true 6 star hotel. All the staff are highly trained in customer service. Everyone has a smile. 3rd time I have stayed here and will be many more.
