    I had an incredibly bad experience at this hotel. Shortly after checking in, I discovered fleas in my room — not a comfortable thing to find, especially in a place where you're paying to sleep. I reported it to the front desk, and they sent someone up with bug spray. Like, they are just going to spray and keep me in a room with fleas?? Eventually, after some back-and-forth, they moved me to a different room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Not ideal, but at that point I would take smoke over fleas any day, so I accepted it. Then, shortly after settling into the new room, the front desk called to tell me they "didn't see any fleas in the other room" — as if I'd imagined tiny insects biting me — and suggested I go speak to the housekeeper about it myself. That's not exactly the response you want after already reporting a pest problem. On top of all this, the facilities throughout the hotel felt generally unclean. For what you pay, this is a poor value even by budget standards, and an especially poor one for Vietnam, where you can easily find cleaner, better-run places for a much better price. It felt so good to leave this place.
