The staff were exceptional - friendly and kind. Food was amazing - breakfast and dinner were both great - didn’t get a chance to eat at other times. 15 pieces of laundry was such a treat. Bath in my room, view out to the financial tower and the street was all very cool. Loved it and would stay again - thanks Anima team ❤️

We really liked the location. The bed was very comfortable. the staff was very easy to communicate with. I especially liked that the staff was able to accommodate a special request without hesitation. My partner was truly excited and surprised when she saw the flowers and sparkling wine. Thank you
The air conditioning unit had a difficult time keeping the room cool.

The boutique hotel is situated in a superb location. Buzzing streets, tons of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.
The hotel uses a particular air freshener in its elevators and corridors, which smells terrible. They need to get hooks or shelves put up in the bathrooms to hang clothes on. The room is reasonably big, but the bathtub occupies a large amount of space. They need to pay more attention to the comfort of their patrons in the room than to their artsy decor.
