Relatively clean, between centre and bus station easy reach.
AC would be definitely needed. Heat waves are not here just a few days a year like in north of Europe. The little fan is not cooling the room, there is no air during night so you have to open the windows, terrible noises from outside, melting like in sauna. Didn’t sleep all night.

Most of the things were okey and clean enough. The location was really good.
We stayed for a night, and for the check-in they said 12 will be okay, and when we arrived at 11.48 am, the staff were super rude that we came 10 min earlier.
