Niranta Transit Hotel Terminal 2 Arrivals/Landside

Conveniently located inside the airport, smooth check in and check out, nice food at the restaurant, good massage at the spa, caring staff

The room was extremely cold when I entered — 15 degrees. I tried everything possible but by my check out it had only raised to 20. This was really bad because when you travel internationally you get cold by default because of the AC in the airport, so it made my stay much less comfortable. Also people come at any hour, making it noisy in the corridor, and they have some kind of music in the corridor which can be heard form the rooms. They really need to work on the temperature & noise issues!

Location

Not great room service and kind of smell in the room

What is great is the location, if you have a layover for a few hours and need to sleep, this is downstairs in Terminal 2. The beds are comfortable and it has a really bathroom, wonderful shower, nice towels.

The rooms feel cramped, and I would hear people in neighboring rooms, at all times of night and day. The lights were a little odd, in terms what would could be on.

good location right in the terminal after luggage claim, immigration and customs... to the right then down a floor - bad signage to lead to it but you find it...

there were no towels kept i had to. ask for them at 2am which i thought is unreasable given this is a place people come tired to sleep aasap and then to go about asking for basic necessities was annoying, the wifi didnt work neither on multiple attempts then they fixed it.
