    They have well maintained vintage themed rooms which are just superior to any other hotels. It was totally worth the premium the rooms. The service was great and the staff was polite. One honest feedback: the room service food was not according to indian taste and it was not good at all unfortunately. It was bland and far from what indian dishes should taste. It was not worth the premium price. Still the place makes up for everything!

    The pool area was under construction, and it was loud and noisy the whole time. So can't really chill there. Pool is only 5ft so not safe for short people and kids to enjoy in alone. Got a wake up call at 3 am when I didn't ask for it, got a headache and ruined my sleep for 1 & half hour. Housekeeping staff left my room open and unattended with all my valuables inside. When I walked in the room door was open and the staff was nowhere to be seen. Anyone could've walked in a taken my stuff. Room service staff is slow and not efficient at all. No peace of mind throughout the stay.

    Certainly, this falls short of Hilton’s usual level, and the stay felt worse than a two-star property. The front desk and duty manager lacked the professionalism needed to manage even minor issues. I initially assumed it was just my impression. During my visit, I observed three or four similar moments where guests confronted staff whose conduct seemed below standard. I would not recommend it.
